CHS has a professional team of highly talented and experienced surveillance operatives who provide a fast and efficient service to VWA Agents. Our diverse team includes men and women from varying cultural backgrounds and who span the age brackets from 20 to 65 years of age.
We are able to assist with independent physical observation assessments of capacity for a return to work program or to determine the bona fides of a recipient of benefits.
CHS supports the VWA Charge-Out-Centres and has investigators located in regional areas throughout Victoria and interstate.

Circumstance/Factual Investigation - Legal Panel
CHS has a professional team of highly talented and experienced surveillance operatives who provide a fast and efficient service to VWA Legal Panel Firms. Our diverse team includes men and women from varying cultural backgrounds and who span the age brackets from 20 to 65 years of age.
CHS can provide surveillance activity reports within limited timeframes to assist with the assessment of capacity or to provide supporting evidence on whether other employment is being undertaken. We specialise in providing a rapid response to 'urgent' requests.
We can provide excellent coverage throughout Victoria, particularly the VWA Charge-Out-Centres and interstate. We can deploy cohesive teams of surveillance operatives, managed by experienced team leaders if required and with short notice.
Our internal quality management system, continuous training and CHS 'Deed of Confidentiality' which all staff and contractors must sign, ensures ultimate discretion and total confidentiality.

Surveillance

Workplace Assessment
Assessment of workplace environment, duties associated with a specific job, a department or process, hazard identification or workplace practices. Such an assessment is particularly helpful for injury reduction programs.
RTW Assessment
Assessment (written, photographic or video) of proposed RTW duties and workplace to assist with a rehabilitation program. This analysis can be of great benefit to treating doctors, rehabilitation providers, examining medicos and legal representatives.
