To keep you up to date on the progress of your investigation we are able to provide the CHS Secure Access Facility to clients, enabling you to view your instructed matters.

To obtain a User Name and Password or to remove yourself from this facility, we require that you complete the following form. If you have any questions or problems using the CHS Secure Access Facility please ring our office, or submit your query via email.

Client / Employer *		Name of client company
Email Address: *		Email cannot be a private address
Confirm Email Address: *		Please Re-type your Email Address
Applications for new User accounts will only be considered if address contains the client domain.

Password *		Your new CHS password must be no more than 10 characters
