Domestic Investigation Services

Locate Surveillance

CHS can assist with establishing the whereabouts or location and activities of a family member or an associate with whom you have lost contact.

We are frequently requested by parents of children who have rejected family ties to locate the child and observe their associates and lifestyle, particularly where drugs, alcohol or gambling is involved. Surveillance is a useful tool to put to rest parent’s concerns or to assist with the reconciliation process.

Matrimonial

CHS has a professional team of highly talented and experienced surveillance operatives who provide a fast and efficient service to report on the whereabouts, movements and associates of a partner or spouse. We obtain corroborative digital video footage when operationally possible without compromising our presence.

We can deploy cohesive teams of surveillance operatives, managed by experienced team leaders if required and with short notice. We specialise in providing a rapid response to 'urgent' requests. Our diverse team includes men and women from varying cultural backgrounds and who span the age brackets from 20 to 65 years of age.

We provide surveillance operatives, surveillance teams and covert operatives for a number of Statutory Authorities, State and Federal Government Departments, and Corporate clients within varying sectors including transport & logistics, manufacturing, food processing, maritime and building and construction.

We adhere to the principle that communication with our clients is paramount and provide regular verbal briefings during the course of the investigation.

Our internal quality management system, continuous training and CHS 'Deed of Confidentiality' which all staff and contractors must sign, ensures ultimate discretion and total confidentiality.

All our operatives are fully licensed and must abide by the Code of Conduct as defined by our industry regulator, the Licensing Services Division of the Victoria Police.

We suggest that you contact our office in order to discuss the best manner of approaching your particular situation. All briefings are obligation and cost free.

Family Functions / Parties at Home / Educational Functions

If you are holding a function in your house or at your educational institute, we can provide you with a total 'Function Risk Assessment' (FRA) for a reasonable set fee. This includes managing the security arrangements, notifying and liaising with the local Police, organising the local Police to patrol in the vicinity of your home, preparing appropriate guest lists for security purposes at the main entry points, advice on responsible serving of alcohol, advice on harm minimisation strategies regarding the placement of furniture, seating, refreshment access, dance area etc both indoors and outdoors.

This is particularly applicable to teenage parties, debutante balls and authorised educational institutional functions where uninvited 'guests' (gate crashers) can ruin the event and in the worst cases cause considerable damage to your property and potential injury to you or your guests.
