Issues Management

Our Covert Services Division actively manages the daily operations of our national issues management staff and teams. With combined resources totaling in excess of 50 accredited and appropriately licensed staff across Australia, we can provide our clients with a 24 hour, 7 day a week response to any issue in the workplace.

We can deploy qualified and experienced staff at short notice to address any industrial issue at your workplace. These services include Specialist Protection Officers, Close Personal Protection Officers, Surveillance Operatives, Counter-Surveillance Operatives and Drivers, Contract Short Term Labour Staff, Contract Specialist Staff (Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Printing etc).

These resources will be managed operationally 'on the ground' by our own Project Manager and Project Coordinators who play a vital role in the overall management of the industrial issue within the "Industrial Issues Management Team (IIMT)" © 2008. The IIMT concept has been developed by us after being involved in a multitude of industrial issues over the past five years.

As part of our internal quality assurance, our dedicated and qualified staff commit to quarterly training and staff development days which include updated legal sessions, industrial precedent sessions, tactical and logistical evaluations and enhanced physical skills training.
