Security
All client information is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. The data security systems employed within our office ensure that client and job information is available only to relevant staff, and is inaccessible to any outside source. Data transmitted via our web server is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL).
Clients using the range of web based services are assured that all data is accessible only via secure
login using an allocated User ID and Password. Access to the range of facilities is managed by our
Information Technology Department. Any queries relating to the security of online facilities should be

The Manager, CHS IT Department including a request to change a level of access, remove access, alter
passwords or User ID or create a new user. NOTE: In some instances the online facilities allow the
registered User to implement a change in their access or Password.
CHS encourages clients to be security conscious when handling any sensitive material.
If you are in possession of information that has been obtained discreetly, is of a personal nature, is the subject of legal privilege, or is entrusted to you in any way or for any purpose, that you handle such information with the highest level of security.
