
Manja has worked in the investigative field for the past 30 years and has an extensive background in the investigation of WorkCover, Common Law, Professional Indemnity and Product Liability claims. She has handled many thousands of difficult and sensitive matters such as fatalities, sexual harassment and claims of bullying in the workplace.
Manja is the Secretary of the AISP (Association of Investigators and Security Professionals). With a demonstrated ability to build strong and effective working relationships with clients based upon trust, integrity and ethical conduct, Manja believes that CHS is poised for significant further expansion.

Jim has had over 30 years experience in the Insurance industry in a range of senior management roles prior to establishing a specialised investigation service. Jim is responsible primarily for quality control, customer liaison and the relatively new area of business development.
Jim is also actively involved with the Risk Management consultancy services to industry and has established a strong reputation in the specialised areas of stress and fraud claims, Industrial Relations and Equal Opportunity legislation.

Peter joined CHS following several years with a State Government Statutory Authority in which he was responsible for the investigation of corrupt conduct, accidents and irregularities, development of internal policies and procedures and general management of public monies and assets.
Peter holds major industry qualifications including:

As Operations Manager - Factual Investigations, Sarah allocates, directs and controls the investigation process ensuring the final product is of the highest quality.
Sarah leads a large team of investigators conducting the many and varied types of factual investigations in which CHS becomes involved. Sarah is a member of the CHS management executive.

As Covert Services Administrator Amanda leads a large surveillance team and oversees their activities. Amanda assists Manja Shaw with the overall running of the Surveillance Division and she ensures that the final reports are quality controlled and meet client expectations.

Previously the Manager of DocServe, Rodney is now an integral link in the Surveillance Division providing assistance to Amanda and Manja in the surveillance area and he is also responsible for the IT development and systems maintenance within the office.

Mary has returned to CHS and has a wealth of experience in both Factual and Surveillance work. She performs a vital support function within the office and she is also the first point of contact for our firm.

Michelle is Personal Assistant to Jim Higgins and Sarah Rose and is involved in our Circumstance Department.
Michelle is responsible for our Document Service and is quick to assist our clients with any process serving problems.
